Have you got the map and now just wonder how best to use it? Consider this suggestion from Geist Christian Church in Indianapolis, IN

Geist Christian Church updates their map every week for the congregation.

Staff and volunteers list the responses made during the week and attach them directly to the poster with tape.

Also, to teach the congregation about how Week of Compassion responds "Around the world, around the year," they use string and link the project description to the actual country on the map.

Finally, the congregation uses a post-it note to let members and visitors know how they can become more involved through mission trips, gifts to Week of Compassion, and praying for vulnerable communties recovering from disasters.

And this suggestion, from First Christian Church, Anniston, Alabama:

In a recent Week of Compassion Update, there was a list of all the projects in all the countries or parts of the world that have been helped this year. I printed out the list and taped the list for each country or part of the world to that area of the map so people could see how many places and what kinds of projects WOC has supported so far in 2006. For example, my list for Africa covered Africa.
